Absolutely! No question is too small. Whether you're wondering about a product, need advice on maintaining your colour, or just want to chat about possibilities - reach out anytime. We're always happy to help, even if you're not ready to book.

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for most services, and 2-4 weeks ahead for colour appointments or weekend slots. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible - just give us a call!

Life happens, and we get it! We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on our waitlist. Just call or email us, and we'll find a new time that works for you.
